General information to note:
- CHECK IN on arrival day: from 3.00 p.m.
- CHECK OUT on the day of departure: within 9.00 a.m.
- Loss of house or apartments keys or the garage remoter: penalty € 70.
- With a fixed booking, the consent to data processing is automatically confirmed.
Cancellation and payment conditions:
- For a binding booking (in writing form), a deposit would be required
- A booking is only valid when the deposit has been paid in due time and the guest has received the booking confirmation by the owner
- The deposit is retained by the owner as security, even in the event of cancellation
- In case of emergency, it is possible to return the deposit or a part of it to the guest (handling fee: € 50,00)
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booking will also be charged
- The balance must be paid at check-in
